Getting Started

What should I expect?

The initial session will be a 50 minute diagnostic assessment. During this session, we will get to know you and come up with what your goals are for counseling. Sessions after this point will be 45-50 minutes. These sessions may vary based on goals for treatment.

We do offer a self pay option for clients. If you are in need of financial assistance, we also offer a sliding scale to assist.

We accept cash, checks, HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the session.
