Gina is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting both adolescents and adults across a range of mental health concerns. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2022 and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University in 2025. Gina has worked in agency settings, where she developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based care.
Gina’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She has a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping skills, regulate emotions, and develop healthier behaviors. She also integrates mindfulness, skill-building, and psychoeducation to support lasting growth and resilience.Gina values a holistic approach to care and believes that collaboration is often key to positive outcomes. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, Gina enjoys crafting, puzzles, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time outdoors by taking her dogs to the lake.
