Mallory recognizes from her own mental health journey how challenging being present for oneself in therapy can be. She is passionate and dedicated to working with individuals who mentally, emotionally and spiritually are ready to dive into their current or past challenges which impact their day to day living. Mallory has experience working with individuals dealing with grief, loss, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. She also specializes in working with families/individuals who have been affected by foster care and/or adoption. Mallory believes in a holistic approach to therapy by utilizing guided meditations and mindfulness skills to help center one’s mind, body and spirit. Mallory is also EMDR trained.
In Mallory’s free time she enjoys exercising, tending to her plants, and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
Mallory looks forward to being a part of your journey of restoration!
