Jordan Oberholtzer is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works with adults, especially women and mothers, navigating anxiety, chronic illness, stress, and life transitions.
She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication Studies from Ohio University. Jordan brings experience from private practice, meditation instruction, and education on the connection between physical health and mental well-being.
Jordan takes a holistic, somatic approach to therapy, helping clients better understand how stress, emotions, and past experiences show up in the body. She integrates body-based awareness, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies to support clients in building regulation, resilience, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves.
She has a particular interest in working with individuals who are:
– Living with chronic illness, pain, or ongoing health-related stress
– Navigating anxiety, burnout, or overwhelm
– Adjusting to life transitions, including motherhood and identity changes
– Looking to reconnect with their body and build sustainable coping strategies
Jordan’s approach is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate, with a focus on helping clients feel less alone while also developing tools they can use in their daily lives. She values creating a space where both emotional and physical experiences are acknowledged and respected.
Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband and two yellow Labrador retrievers, being out on the water, and discovering new coffee shops.
