ADHD & Autism Clarity Consultation
Not everyone wants (or needs) a full diagnostic evaluation right away.
If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD or autism might explain your experiences, but aren’t sure where to start, this is a place to begin.
Our Neurodivergent Consultation Fast Track is designed for people who are looking for clarity, insight, and direction without committing to a full evaluation upfront.
This is a structured, short-term consultation service that helps you:
- better understand your experiences and patterns
- explore possible neurodivergent traits (including ADHD and autism)
- make sense of long-standing challenges
- receive personalized recommendations and next steps
- begin making meaningful, realistic changes in your daily life
Many clients leave this process saying, “This finally makes sense.”
What to Expect
This service follows a streamlined 2–3 week process, including:
- a focused intake session
- structured clinical interview and screening tools
- a feedback session with clear next steps
- a personalized Neurodivergent Profile Summary
The goal is not just information, but clarity you can actually use.
Who This Is For
This option may be a good fit if you:
- suspect ADHD or autism but aren’t sure
- feel overwhelmed, burned out, or “inconsistent” in how you function
- have been masking or adapting for years and want to understand why
- want direction before committing to a full diagnostic evaluation
- are curious, but not necessarily seeking formal diagnosis right now
This service is not a formal diagnostic evaluation and does not provide a medical or psychological diagnosis.
Because of this:
- it is not covered by insurance
- it is not eligible for reimbursement or superbills
If you are seeking a formal diagnosis for accommodations, we recommend a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.
Investment
The Neurodivergent Consultation Fast Track is offered as a self-pay service at $649.
This reflects the structured process, clinician time, and personalized recommendations included.
If you decide to move forward with a full diagnostic evaluation after your consultation, we’re happy to discuss next steps with you.
What Happens Next?
At the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clearer sense of:
- whether a full ADHD or autism evaluation would be helpful
- what supports may improve your day-to-day functioning
- what direction feels right for you moving forward
Some clients choose to pursue a full evaluation.
Others choose to focus on support, coaching, or therapy.
There’s no pressure, just clarity.
Not Sure Where to Start?
That’s okay! That’s exactly why this exists.
If you’re unsure whether this consultation or a full evaluation is the better fit, we’re happy to help you think it through.
Reach out and we’ll guide you in the right direction.
