Grace is a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduated with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Cleveland State University. She also graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Sciences with a focus on Criminology and Psychology at Ohio University. Grace has experience treating children, adolescent, and adult clients and working with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationships, and life transitions. She believes that people are the experts of their own lives and as a counselor, wants to work as a team with her clients to reach their own mental health and well-being goals. She want to meet clients where they are at and that the counseling space is a safe space without judgement. Grace practices a holistic and acceptance and values-based approach and incorporate mindfulness and coping skills.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys exercise, yoga, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family, friends, and Australian Shepard – Minerva. She loves anything Harry Potter and Star Wars and enjoys the simple things like coffee in the morning and lighting her candles.
