Meet Eryn Hill
CT

Eryn Hill is a Counselor Trainee (CT) who works with older teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, neurodivergence, and mood disorders. She is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and creating an affirming environment where clients feel safe showing up as their authentic selves. Eryn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University. She provides outpatient counseling for individuals seeking support through life’s challenges while building greater self-understanding and resilience.

Eryn takes a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and believes that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. She incorporates influences from Existential Therapy and Gestalt Therapy, helping clients better understand themselves, explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Eryn values creating a therapeutic space where clients feel accepted, respected, and empowered to explore every part of who they are.

She has a particular interest in working with individuals who are:
– Exploring identity development and self-discovery.
– Navigating life transitions and major life changes.
– Managing anxiety, depression, or mood-related concerns.
– Processing trauma and difficult life experiences.
– Seeking LGBTQ+ affirming counseling.
– Understanding and embracing neurodivergent experiences.
– Building self-esteem and confidence.
– Looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves.

Eryn also has experience supporting individuals facing housing insecurity through her previous work in the nonprofit sector. This experience strengthened her belief that every person deserves compassion, dignity, and a therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding.

Clients who work with Eryn can expect therapy that is warm, affirming, collaborative, and genuine. She creates a space where clients can be themselves without fear of judgment while working together to better understand emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Eryn is especially well suited for older teens and adults who are looking for a therapist who is compassionate, curious, and accepting. She enjoys working with clients who are exploring identity, healing from trauma, navigating neurodivergence, or simply looking for a place where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Eryn practices under the supervision of Samantha Willi, LPCC-S (Ohio license E.1800536-SUPV).

Outside of work, Eryn enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, trying new creative hobbies, and spending time with her tabby cat, Clawdia.
