Meet Grace Mullen
LPCC

(she/her/hers)

Grace Mullen is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works with and adults, with a specialization in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions.

She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from Ohio University. Grace has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care.

Grace utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD—to help clients reduce compulsions, face fears safely, and build confidence in managing intrusive thoughts. She also integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in processing underlying or co-occurring trauma when appropriate.

Her approach is acceptance- and values-based, incorporating mindfulness and practical coping strategies to help clients move toward the life they want, even in the presence of anxiety or uncertainty.

Grace has particular experience supporting individuals who are:

– Struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts, and compulsive behaviors
– Managing anxiety, panic, or chronic worry
– Working through trauma and its ongoing impact
– Navigating relationship concerns or life transitions

She believes therapy is a collaborative process, where clients are the experts of their own lives. Grace focuses on meeting clients where they are and creating a space that is both supportive and nonjudgmental, while also helping them take meaningful steps toward change.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys exercising, practicing yoga, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends. She is also a proud dog owner to her Australian Shepherd, Minerva, and loves everything from Harry Potter to Star Wars—along with the simple joys of morning coffee and a well-lit candle.
