Katherine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor that works with children through adults, with a specialty in teenagers and young adults. Through her training with IAFF, she regularly works with first responders and their families. Katherine is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) which enables her to better look for lifestyle and dietary changes that may be impacting mood and overall sense of wellness.

As a therapist, her goal is to eliminate any fears or worries about therapy and make the experience as positive and beneficial as possible. She is passionate about being genuine, supportive, and informative and she strives to provide the knowledge, skills, and support, along with a little humor, to help you create a better version of your life.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my husband and kids, reading, working out, cooking, rock concerts, and horror movies.
