We often hear songs and watch movies about radical self-love and confidence but how do we actually achieve these things? When that critical voice inside of our heads becomes overwhelming, how can we learn to befriend ourselves? Learning to treat yourself with compassion and falling in love with yourself is a journey. From relationship problems to life transitions, life tends to throw some unpredictable curveballs our way. Erin is here to help you navigate this journey with some laughs along the way.

Erin loves spending her time out in nature, traveling to national parks, and hiking. She is a huge Swifite and Bravo fan and relaxes by listening to her favorite album “Speak Now” or watching The Real Housewives of Beverley Hills.
