Jenny is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree focused in psychology and early childhood development from Miami University of Ohio. Jenny specializes in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma. She is trained in TF-CBT, CBT, and has some sensory training as well. Jenny believes that therapy is a collaborative effort and believes that meeting the client where they are at is important. Her goal is to help clients develop the skills they need in order to manage, cope, and process through their experiences while providing support where needed. Jenny enjoys utilizing creative approaches and believes there are multiple paths to healing.

Jenny is a cat mom of 1, but lives with 5 total. She enjoys spontaneously traveling to different cities for concerts and food. She is on the hunt to find the best dumplings and brown sugar boba in every city she visits. Jenny enjoys being artsy and crafty in her spare time. Reading is another passion of hers and cooking for friends and family as well.
