Owner, Clinical Director
(she/her/hers)
Samantha Willi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Endorsement (LPCC-S) and the owner and Clinical Director of CLE Counseling and Wellness Center. She primarily works with adults seeking clarity around ADHD and autism, as well as those navigating trauma, caregiving responsibilities, and complex life experiences.
Sam earned Master of Science degrees in both Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. She has been working in the mental health field since 2012 with experience across schools, outpatient settings, and clinical leadership.
Sam is an EMDR Certified therapist and Consultant-in-Training, reflecting advanced specialization in trauma treatment and clinical supervision. In addition to therapy, she provides ADHD and autism evaluations, helping clients better understand how they think, process information, and function in daily life. Her assessment approach is both structured and neurodiversity-affirming, with a focus on real-world application, functional impact, and practical recommendations.
Sam also has a strong interest in caregiving and healthcare advocacy, supporting individuals who are navigating complex medical systems, advocating for loved ones, or managing the emotional toll of being “the one in charge.” She understands how overwhelming these roles can be and helps clients make sense of their experiences while developing sustainable ways to cope, set boundaries, and access support.
Beyond clinical work, Sam is a speaker and trainer, providing education on neurodivergence, trauma, and mental health to both clinicians and the broader community. She is passionate about making high-quality, accessible mental health care more widely available.
Sam’s style is direct, collaborative, and real. She believes therapy works best when it feels human, not overly clinical, and brings authenticity into the room (including humor, honesty, and some swear words). At the same time, she balances this approach with strong clinical structure and a focus on meaningful, lasting change.
She has particular experience supporting individuals who are:
– Seeking ADHD or autism evaluations and diagnostic clarity
– Navigating burnout, masking, or identity development related to neurodivergence
– Managing caregiving responsibilities or advocating within healthcare systems
– Processing trauma or complex life experiences
Outside of work, Sam is a dedicated mom to three chaotic but lovable dogs— Zoey, Dory, and Banner (yes, like that Banner). When she’s not working, she’s likely planning her next Disney trip, watching Marvel movies, or enjoying professional wrestling.
